Hollywood has-been Robert De Niro is at it again, launching another deranged attack on President Donald Trump while urging Americans to "resist" the commander-in-chief who won the 2024 election in a devastating landslide victory.
The aging actor, who clearly can't accept that the American people overwhelmingly rejected the failed policies of the Biden regime, called Trump "the enemy of this country" and proclaimed that "it's up to us to get rid of him."
Let that sink in, Patriots. A washed-up Hollywood elitist is openly calling for the removal of a democratically elected president who received a clear mandate from We the People. This is exactly the kind of anti-democratic rhetoric that the left has been peddling since Trump first rode down that golden escalator.
Where was De Niro's concern for "democracy" when the Biden administration was weaponizing federal agencies against political opponents? Where were his calls for "resistance" when Big Tech was censoring conservative voices and Hunter Biden's laptop story was being buried?
The truth is, De Niro and his Hollywood cronies only support "democracy" when their preferred candidates win. When actual Americans vote for policies that put America First, suddenly they want to "resist" and "get rid of" our elected leaders.
This is the same crowd that spent four years screaming about "threats to democracy" while Trump was implementing policies that actually worked for working Americans. Now that he's back in office with an even stronger mandate, they're doubling down on their anti-democratic tantrum.
The American people didn't elect Robert De Niro to make political decisions. They elected Donald Trump to clean up the mess left by the previous administration, secure our borders, and put America First once again.
Maybe it's time for Hollywood to focus on making movies instead of making ridiculous political proclamations that reveal just how out of touch they are with real Americans.
