Five Supreme Court justices showed their true colors last week, skipping President Trump's State of the Union address in what can only be described as a childish tantrum following their devastating 6-3 ruling against the President's America First tariff plan.

This isn't just about empty seats in the House chamber – this is about judicial activists who think they're above the constitutional order and accountability to the American people who are suffering under unfair trade deals.

The timing couldn't be more telling. Just days after these black-robed oligarchs decided to side with China and multinational corporations over American manufacturing workers, they couldn't even show basic respect for the office of the presidency by attending the constitutionally mandated State of the Union.

President Trump's tariff plan was designed to bring manufacturing jobs back to America and stop the economic bleeding caused by decades of terrible trade deals. But apparently, five justices think protecting foreign interests is more important than protecting American workers in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Ohio.

This is exactly the kind of swamp behavior that President Trump was elected to drain – twice. These justices seem more concerned with maintaining the globalist status quo than upholding their oath to the Constitution and the American people.

By skipping the State of the Union, they're sending a clear message: they consider themselves above the democratic process and accountable to no one. It's the same arrogance we've seen from the administrative state, the mainstream media, and career politicians for decades.

Patriots should be asking themselves: if these justices can't even show up to hear from the President about the state of our union, how can we trust them to fairly interpret our Constitution? Their absence speaks volumes about where their true loyalties lie – and it's not with the American people who are counting on tariffs to level the playing field against China's economic warfare.
