The developing emergency was reported at a multiple dwelling near 374 East 209th Street in the Bronx, New York, between Decatur Avenue and Parkside Place. Video from the scene shows intense flames erupting from the upper portion of the building as thick black smoke pours across the surrounding neighborhood.
