Many are watching battleground state Michigan, as today’s results could signal what to expect come the mid-term elections in November. Nineteen individuals were charged in an alleged $4 million in medicaid fraud schemes in Pennsylvania. Authorities say the schemes are part of a nationwide epidemic of Medicaid fraud that has exploded since the COVID-19 pandemic. Medicaid is on the table at today’s Senate Budget hearing.
