Ahead of the final decision, there were speculations that Hee Sun could choose to leave Inferno by herself after learning that Su Been slept in the same bed as Kim Min Gee during their trip to Paradise.
An important conversation between the two was shown after Hee Sun made her final decision to leave 'Inferno' with Su Been. Su Been approached Hee Sun to explain what exactly transpired during his trip to Paradise with Min Gee and apologised for not telling her sooner. Hee Sun accepted the apology, and they decided to leave 'Inferno' together. Now that 'Singles Inferno' Season 5 is over, fans are curious whether Hee Sun and Su Been ended up dating in real life—especially since Hee Sun studies at Carnegie Mellon University inPennsylvania, which could mean a long-distance relationship.
One of Su Been's friends reportedly uploaded a video onInstagramfeaturing the former baseball athlete and Hee Sun watching the final two episodes of 'Singles Inferno' together. Fans are convinced that Hee Sun and Su Been are dating because they decided to watch the episodes together. Some have pointed out that if they were just friends, they would've attended a watch party with their other co-stars instead.
Eagle-eyed fans of Hee Sun and Su Been are convinced they spotted the rumoured couple at 'Sadam Station'. It's unclear where this is located or if it was spelt correctly, as there's no such station inSouth Korea. However, according to a viral video, the two were photographed at the said station together with their group of friends.
Su Been is known for wearing a cap in 'Singles Inferno' Season 5. Several weeks ago, Hee Sun uploaded a photo wearing the exact same cap that Su Been has. Fans immediately became convinced that the rumoured couple now have matching accessories. Others are speculating on the possibility that the cap Hee Sun was wearing in the photo is the one owned by Su Been.
Su Been also gifted Hee Sun his sweater while they were still on the show. He told the other cast members he initially lent the sweater to Hee Sun to prevent her from getting cold, as Hee Sun didn't bring one to Inferno and the episodes showed how erratic the weather there was.
As of writing, Hee Sun and Su Been haven't confirmed the real status of their relationship. But the latter said on the show that he would make his relationship status public if he found a woman to fall in love with in 'Inferno'.
The other final couples that left Inferno together are Min Gee and Song Seung Il, Choi Mina Sue and Lee Sun Hun, Lee Joo Young and Kim Jae Jin, and Kim Go Eun and Woo Sung Min.
