President Trump posted what appears to be a never-before-seen video or a longer version of previously released clips showing multiple individuals sticking their hands in the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool to vandalize the lining.   Over a dozen people have been arrested or cited for their suspected role in the vandalism, but the most notable arrest was that of former Olympian David Hearn.
