One of the biggest thrills in sports just got bigger.

Announced on Tuesday, the Savannah Bananas have furthered their partnership with ESPN and Disney+ on a 25-game exclusive package beginning February 28. Every game will be made available by streaming the ESPN App or through Disney+, with a select number of games being aired live across ESPN networks and ABC.

“This expanded agreement reflects the incredible growth and fan demand surrounding Banana Ball,” Brent Colborne, Vice President of ESPN Programming Content & Strategysaid in a statement. “From iconic football stadiums to classic ballparks, these events showcase the energy and creativity fans love, delivered with the full reach and flexibility of ESPN, Disney+, and ABC.”

The “Bananaball” league has now expanded to six team: Bananas, Party Animals, Firefighters, Texas Tailgaters, Loco Beach Coconuts, and Indianapolis Clowns. The league and style of play has become so popular amongst fans that the Bananas are no longer need to sell out MLB stadiums.

Among the highlights this year is a first-ever national showcase on ABC at Autzen Stadium in Eugene, Oregon.

“We are fired up to be teaming up with ESPN with our biggest partnership to date,” said Bananas owner Jesse Cole. “Banana Ball has grown massively on the platform over the past few years. Now, as we launch the Banana Ball Championship League with six teams and sold out shows all over the country, we couldn’t imagine a better partnership to grow the game.”

However, one of the biggest events of the season will take where world champions go to celebrate: Disneyland.

The Bananas will face the Indianapolis Clowns on Thursday, March 26 at Angel Stadium in Anaheim. Coinciding with the game will be a “Savannah Bananas Day” at Disneyland Resort, taking the entertainment off the field and into the “happiest place on earth.”
