This is about as patriotic as it gets!
The U.S. men’s hockey team arrived at the White House on Tuesday afternoon in absolute patriotic fashion.
As the gold medalists arrived on the White House lawn, officials at the White House greeted the team by playing the song “Free Bird” by Lynyrd Skynyrd on loudspeakers.

On Tuesday morning, President Trump sent a U.S. Air Force 757 to pick up the team in Miami, FL.
Hours later, they landed atJoint Base Andrews, where the team immediately greeted troops as they got off the plane.

Shortly after their 2-1 overtime victory over Canada on Sunday, President Trump called the team and invited them to attend the State of the Union address, to which they gleefully accepted.
