A fired National Park Service employee who plastered a massive transgender activist flag across Yosemite's iconic El Capitan rock formation is now suing the Trump administration, claiming discrimination after learning that actions have consequences.
Shannon Joslin, a female probationary wildlife biologist from El Portal, California, who identifies as "non-binary," decided to turn America's treasured national park into her personal political battleground last year to protest President Trump's common-sense policies affirming biological reality.
The stunt involved covering the side of the world-famous granite monolith with what park officials described as a "gargantuan trans-activist flag" - turning one of America's most beloved natural landmarks into a woke propaganda display.
Park officials weren't having it. Joslin was promptly terminated for what the National Park Service called an unauthorized demonstration that violated federal regulations.
a park spokesperson explained, noting the obvious - that families visiting Yosemite shouldn't have to explain radical gender ideology to their children while trying to enjoy America's natural beauty.
But instead of accepting responsibility for her actions, Joslin is now playing the victim card, filing a lawsuit claiming the Trump administration discriminated against her for her "non-binary" identity. Because apparently, following basic park rules is now considered discrimination if you're part of the alphabet soup crowd.
This case perfectly illustrates why President Trump's decisive action to restore sanity to federal agencies was so desperately needed. For too long, woke activists embedded in government positions believed they could use taxpayer-funded jobs as platforms for their radical agenda.
The Trump administration's "reality-affirming policies regarding gender" - recognizing the basic biological truth that there are only two sexes - have sent shockwaves through the deep state's army of progressive activists masquerading as public servants.
Patriots across America are celebrating as Trump continues draining the swamp of woke ideologues who think our national parks exist to promote their fringe political beliefs. Will this lawsuit succeed, or will common sense prevail once again?
