NewDelhi:Lawrence Bishnoi’s legal team has claimed that shots were fired at their car in Delhi’s ISBT on Tuesday. The incident took place at around 10:30 pm. As per reports, there were three occupants in the car while four rounds of fire were heard. According to the Delhi Police, around 10 PM, five people were traveling in a car near Marghat Wale Hanuman Temple. Among them was a lawyer associated with Lawrence Bishnoi’s legal team.
According to the victims, it has been alleged that three people arrived on a motorcycle and opened indiscriminate fire at the vehicle.
Out of the five people in the car, one person sustained a bullet injury to the shoulder. He is reported to be out of danger.
Legal action is being taken in the matter, and a forensic team is examining the scene. The case is being investigated from every possible angle.
A senior police officer said teams have been sent to the spot and CCTV footage from the area is being examined to ascertain the sequence of events.
