BREAKING: NYPD arrests 45-year-old William Ferrer for the murder of 12-year-old Jacob Freytes and the shooting of a 25-year-old and 34-year-old in Mt. Eden, Bronx.
Jacob was an innocent bystander on his bike. The two men were shot and are in stable condition.
Ferrer was taken outside his home this morning. Charged with Murder 2°, Manslaughter 1°, Attempted Murder, Assault, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon.
