Jackson replaced Graham Platner as the Democratic nominee at the Maine Democrats’ convention in Bangor. A grand jury indicted Democratic Hawaii Lt. Gov. Sylvia Luke in a corruption investigation. Luke is one of five charged in this investigation carried out by state Attorney General Anne Lopez.
