For decades we've been told that men simply need to "open up" if they're struggling.
But what if that's only part of the story?
In this video, I take a hard look at how we got here and explore the cultural, institutional, and personal factors that have left so many men feeling invisible, isolated, and without hope.
This isn't about blaming men. It isn't about assigning simple answers.
It's about asking difficult questions that too few people are willing to ask.
If we're serious about helping men, we have to be willing to understand what brought us to this point.
Because behind every statistic is a father...
A son...
A husband...
A brother...
A friend.
And every one of them mattered.

If You're Struggling
If you're watching this and you're feeling overwhelmed, hopeless, or thinking that the people in your life would be better off without you, please don't carry that burden alone.
Talk to someone you trust. Reach out to a family member, a friend, a counselor, or another person who will listen.
If you're in the United States or Canada, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. If you're elsewhere in the world, contact your local crisis service or emergency services. Help is available 24 hours a day, and reaching out is a sign of strength, not weakness.
You matter. Your story isn't over.
