July 23, 2026 QUEENS, New York - Fallen Army Sergeant Angel Sarah Rampersad Honored on Her Ozone Park Block. The Ozone Park Residents Block Association held a press conference this morning in front of 133-01 96th Street regarding the death of Sgt. Angel Sarah Rampersad, a United States Army service member. The 11:00 a.m. press conference was held to honor Rampersad's life and military service. Queens Borough President, Donovan Richards spoke along with the family. Sgt.
