We have archival video of Andrew Arrabaca, 43, the man federal authorities say ignited an incendiary device outside 26 Federal Plaza on July 20, 2026, filmed at a protest in Brooklyn nearly a year before the attack. The footage was shot on August 3, 2025, during a "Families Stand with Gaza" action at Grand Army Plaza in Brooklyn, and shows Arrabaca taking part in the demonstration.
