The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) protesters are winning hearts on social media– simply because of what they ended up doing after their ‘Chalo Sansad’ march on Monday, July 21. A wholesome video was recently shared on the internet, which showed the protesters dedicatedly cleaning the protest site at the Jantar Mantar. With brooms in hands, several people were seen cleaning up the wet streets that were full of papers, posters and other trash. As soon as the post went viral, netizens began to react. Most loved the gesture and appreciated the crowd, while others called it a rather “responsible response". “Cleaning at jantarmantar,” the post read. Times Now could not confirm the details of the post. The CJP-led Jantar Mantar protest began over a month ago to demand the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan over the alleged NEET Paper leak. The protesters also held a march to the Parliament in New Delhi on Monday, after which the CJP leaders met BJP's JP Nadda to hand over their demands. Professor and activist Sonam Wangchuk also joined the protest and went on a hunger strike over 20 days ago, which is reportedly still on. However, he was shifted to the Safdarjung Hospital by the Delhi Police last weekend. On Tuesday, July 21, the Delhi High Court heard a plea by Wangchuk's wife, Getanjali Angmo, and shifted Sonam to a private hospital. Image Source: sudhanshu1__1/ Instagram
