Fans Erupt in Madrid as Spain Beats Argentina in Extra Time World Cup Final

Thousands celebrated Spain's World Cup victory in Madrid's Plaza Colon late Sunday night (July 19). People counted down as the last seconds of the match against Argentina came to an end. People sang, cheered and lit red flares.
Spain beat Argentina with a goal from Ferran Torres, scored in extra time. Over 25,000 people gathered in Plaza Colon to watch the final on several screens set up by the city's government.
