A 23-year-old British man is among 19 who were killed in ahorror bus crash in Nepal, police say. Described as a "very loving and caring young man”, Dominic Stewart from Exeter was due to celebrate his 24th birthday next month.
The British national was on board the packed bus that was driven off a mountain road inNepal, killing 19 people, leaving another 25 wounded. The bus, which had been carrying tourists, had been travelling to the capital, Kathmandu, when it lost control and fell 200m onto the bank of the Trishuli river, in the country's central Dhading district. The bus came off the Prithvi highway at around midnight local time on Monday.

There were 44 people on board, including the driver, and 25 of them were injured.
The 23-year-old, who was well known in junior football, had recently completed the Annapurna Circuit, a renowned trekking route in Nepal that encircles the Annapurna Massif.
Domonic was described as his family as a "very loving and caring young man who was happiest trekking". His father said he had lived his whole life in Exeter and was well known in junior football.
Dominic's name has yet to be confirmed by the Foreign Office, but in a statement, a spokesperson said: "We are supporting the family of a British man who has died in Nepal and are in contact with the local authorities".
Nepal’s Home Ministry has formed a five-member task force to investigate the cause of the incident. The UK Foreign Office said it was supporting the family of the British national who died.
Nepalese authorities identified the victim as Stewart Dominic Ethan. Multiple teams, including police units, the army and rescue divers, were dispatched to the site, authorities said.
