July 17th, 2026 MANHATTAN, New York - Immigration and civil rights advocates rallied at Foley Square Friday evening before marching through downtown Manhattan to 26 Federal Plaza, where demonstrators placed flowers into the fencing surrounding the federal building that houses Manhattan's ICE offices and immigration court.
The action was part of "Good Trouble Lives On," a national day of action held in remembrance of the late Congressman John Lewis, who died July 17, 2020.
