Blue Angels pilots whose conduct was being reviewed after a breathtaking "lower than standard" flyover at Pensacola Beach have been completely cleared, the acting Secretary of the Navy announced on Thursday.  The jets sent chairs, tents, and hats flying as they buzzed over the beach, but people on the ground were thrilled.
