Delhi Police Commissioner Satish Golcha was abruptly removed by the MHA and replaced by 1994-batch IPS officer Anurag Kumar on Friday, even as Golcha was attending a plantation drive, in what marks the second mid-tenure removal of a Delhi Police chief within a year.
