President Trump revealed that at least 278,000 foreigners are illegally registered to vote in American elections during his major primetime address on foreign election interference on Thursday.  In addition to the massive Chinese voter data breach, affecting 220 million US voters, China's massive influence campaign, manipulation of voting machines, and a complicit deep state intelligence community, Trump announced the results of a Department of Homeland Security investigation into states' voter rolls.
