The White House has chimed in on Chuck Schumer's stinker on the Senate Floor on Tuesday, trolling him with a new meme.  Schumer couldn't hold it in while delivering a speech in the Senate earlier this week and appeared to acknowledge the toot with a pause and a chuckle mid-speech.
