Judicial Watch says its legal efforts have helped remove 5.8 million ineligible names from voter rolls nationwide.

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton discussed the figure during an appearance on “Real America with Dan Ball,” where he addressed voter roll maintenance efforts and the SAVE Act.

The watchdog group has filed lawsuits and reached legal settlements in multiple states aimed at requiring election officials to comply with federal voter list maintenance laws.

Fitton said the removals reflect ongoing efforts to ensure voter rolls are accurate and up to date.
