I don’t watch John Doyle. If I’ve ever seen him it was forced on me against my will by clip channels.
But BeardsonBeardly Clips posted a short that was some of the most shameless retconning and straight-up glazing of Lindsey Graham I’ve ever seen after his passing.
Doyle isn’t the only one doing it, but he might be the worst.
In this video I go through a few of the worst clips and break down exactly what he’s coping about:
- Calling Lindsey Graham a “patriot” for dragging Americans into wars for free while getting nothing in return
- Claiming Graham’s foreign policy was about American interests instead of Israel
- Redefining what a Neocon even is
- Pretending only leftists ever hated Graham and that everyone on the right just had “some disagreements”
- Framing any relief or honest criticism as leftist virtue signaling while completely ignoring the dissident right
- Comparing Graham to MTG and acting like changing your entire position to stay in good graces with Trump/MAGA is some kind of intelligent evolution
John Doyle is either genuinely this detached from reality or he’s deliberately lying to stay in the club. Either way it’s embarrassing. We’re not doing the leftist song-and-dance here. We’re just refusing to rewrite history for a gay Neocon who would’ve traded any number of American lives to keep Israel safe for another day.
