US strikes killed seven Iranian military personnel in the country’s southeast on Wednesday, the Iranian army said, as the two countries ramped up their fighting. They were killed in a missile attack on a barracks close to the city of Iranshahr, in the far southeast of Iran, the army said in a statement.
