Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit Israel on Wednesday for high-level talks with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, as the Israeli Embassy in India said the partnership between the two countries is “growing stronger than ever."
According to the Israeli Embassy the visit would focus on defence, innovation and strategic collaboration between the two countries.

Earlier on Sunday, Netanyahu termed PM Modi’s upcoming visit to Israel as “historic", saying the partnership between the two countries continues to scale new heights across innovation, security and regional cooperation.
In a post on X ahead of Modi’s visit, Netanyahu called the Prime Minister a “dear friend" and underscored the deepening strategic alignment between the two nations.
“This morning, at the opening of our Cabinet meeting, I spoke about the historic visit of my dear friend, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, to Israel this coming Wednesday," he said.
