July 12, 2026 NEW YORK, N.Y. - Activists with Rise and Resist and Hands Off NYC are expected to rally Sunday from 1 to 2 p.m. at Pier 40 in Hudson River Park, protesting what organizers say is an ongoing agreement allowing ICE vehicles to park at the facility. Demonstrators are calling on the Hudson River Park Trust to end the arrangement and plan to gather outside Pier 40 at W. Houston Street.
