At least two people are dead and several others are recovering from gunshot wounds. The shooting happened on Saturday during the largest Latin street festival in Canada. Witnesses say crowds of people were celebrating with music and dancing when reports came in of an active shooter. No one is in custody. Authorities are trying to find the shooter or shooters involved.
