Two California school districts, suspected of protecting sexual predators and allowing them to teach, received letters from the Trump Department of Education on Friday in a national crackdown on schools sweeping sexual abuse allegations under the rug.  The letters were sent to the Tulare City Unified School District and Wilsona School District.
