In a shocking incident, a Ferrari veered onto the wrong side of the road in Hyderabad's Jubilee Hills on Saturday (February 22) and rammed multiple vehicles, injuring three people, according to a TOI report. The incident occurred on Road No 45. The luxury car, worth Rs 3.5-4 crore, lost control on the road and hit an electric pole on the divider.
After losing control, it hit an electric pole on the divider before ramming into a car coming from the opposite direction.
A police official said, "Few cars and other vehicles coming behind the car hit by the Ferrari were also damaged in the collision." According to the preliminary reports, the accident may have been caused by brake or engine failure, TOI reported.
Soon after receiving information, the police personnel rushed to the spot and began efforts to clear the road. Traffic in the area was severely affected, with vehicles diverted to ease congestion.
The case has been registered after one of the victims filed a complaint.
