The Riverhead Police Department is asking the public for help locating a missing 15-year-old who police said left her Riverhead residence late Friday night.
Nahomy Ireny Osorio Cruz, 15, voluntarily left her home at about 11:30 p.m. on Feb. 20, 2026, according to a Riverhead Police media release.
Osorio Cruz is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing about 120 pounds, with a medium build, police said. She was last seen wearing a dark blue sweatshirt, gray sweatpants and Nike shoes. Police said she has a left nose piercing and hair that is half blue and half dark brown.
She has been known to frequent Hampton Bays, Riverhead and New York City, police said. No foul play is suspected.
