Protesters CHAINED themselves to the gates of the United Nations in NYC as a large group gathered to protest what they say is the UNs silence on the Tibet issue after Tibeten Activist Logba Rangzen set himself on fire in front of the UN Building one week ago to protest that issue.
3 protesters were arrested after chaining themselves to the gates with bike locks. They were heard screaming "Free Tibet" from the inside Police cars as they were placed under arrest and taken away
