Brooklyn road rage leads to 2 drivers hitting a pedestrian as they smash into a soon-to-be-open yoga studio. NYPD arrested the drivers of the Cadillac and BMW, 43-year-old Robert Walker and 56-year-old Anthony Hayes, who hit a 28-year-old who was just walking by. Walker, Hayes, and the pedestrian were all taken to Kings County Hospital, where police say they are expected to fully recover. The owner of the yoga studio, Noir Yoga, says the business was set to open August 1st, but that is no longer possible. “It's just jarring and an immense amount of damage. I'm like, how could something like this happen?” Hayes has been charged with vehicular assault, driving while intoxicated, reckless endangerment, resisting arrest, reckless driving, and aggravated reckless driving. Walker’s charges include vehicular assault, criminal mischief, disobeying traffic laws, and reckless endangerment.
