July 09, 2026 MANHATTAN, New York - Incident reported on E 115th Street Between 2nd & 3rd Ave in East Harlem, Manhattan. According to a worker, the body was discovered yesterday evening and the investigation is ongoing with CSU on site. The worker said the basement apartment has been abandoned for over a year and the remains were just found. Footage shows CSU and Medical Examiner suiting up before entry to the basement unit.
