A man in a wheelchair was hit by a Molotov Cocktail and set ablaze outside the Oklahoma City Police Department headquarters last week in a horrifying incident captured on video.  The Oklahoma City Police Department released surveillance footage of the attack, showing a lunatic running up to and throwing the Molotov cocktail at the man.
