The Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights (CHIRLA), the same anti-ICE extremist group that celebrated alongside Mayor Karen Bass during the destructive Los Angeles riots in June 2025, has been gorging itself on taxpayer funds for years while working to undermine American immigration law.
