Texas DPSAircraft Operations Division used drone technology to detect and capture three illegal aliens from Mexico (one being a three-year-old child) crossing the Rio Grande earlier this week.
A DPS trooper with theBorder Patrollocated the illegals, one man, one woman, and a three-year-old.
After speaking with the mother, they discovered numerous wristbands, which the cartels use to know payment amounts and crossing areas. All three illegals were handed over to the Border Patrol.
