A judge has issued a thinly-veiled threat to Kanye West and Bianca Censori to wear appropriate clothing when the rapper goes to court next week.
Judge Brock T. Hammond said everyone at the Los Angeles trial “must comply with the basic dress code” or they will be banned from entering.
He also warned no one will be allowed to wear sunglasses or hats and added he wants “no drama” during proceedings.
West, whose wife Censori has often joined him in public wearing skimpy outfits, is headed to court after a construction worker filed a lawsuit over his doomed Malibu mansion.
Plaintiff Tony Saxon claims he was fired for raising safety concerns and was only paid once despite being told her would get $20,000 per week for the renovation.
According toRolling Stone, Judge Hammond said on Friday: “The parties and witnesses you’re calling must comply with the basic dress code of the court. No hats, sunglasses, or revealing clothing. No drama.
“And if someone doesn’t comply, they will not be allowed in the courtroom. If a witness is not dressed appropriately, they will be turned around at the door.”
He did not name West or Censori, but the latter has been seen out in public in increasingly revealing outfits, including an “invisible dress” on the Grammys red carpet.

The couple are both believed to be testifying in the 12-day case and Censori may sit at the defense table as a representative of West’s company.
