July 6th, 2026 NEPTUNE, New Jersey - Police were on the scene at Memorial Drive and 11th Avenue in Neptune Township Monday for flooded vehicles after water inundated the area. Tow trucks were seen removing vehicles from Memorial Drive. On 11th Street, cars remained stranded as of 4 p.m., with DPW officials on scene saying water there was up to two feet deep.
