NEW: Man arrested after filming himself doing drive-by shootings with a 'high-powered, motorized' water gun. 34-year-old Christopher Cayce was arrested by the Houston Police Department and charged with two counts of assault with bodily injury. He is accused of targeting disabled and homeless people.
