President Trump just delivered a visual gut punch to the deep state holdouts in D.C., draping the Department of Justice headquarters with banners featuring his stern gaze and the unmistakable slogan “Make America Safe Again.”
The move comes as crime rates continue their nosedive under his leadership.
The banners, unfurled on multiple corners of the Robert F. Kennedy Department of Justice Building, tower over the streets of Washington, D.C., serving as a constant reminder of Trump’s commitment to rooting out corruption and protecting American citizens.
? JUST IN: EPIC new banner was just put up at the US Department of Justice and it's throwing leftists into a FRENZY!Trump's face + "MAKE AMERICA SAFE AGAIN" hanging proudly??pic.twitter.com/gBYGyhHW81
Captured footage shows workers installing the massive displays, complete with the DOJ seal, underscoring the department’s shift back to serving the people, rather than the swamp.
A Department of Justice spokesperson explained the rationale behind the banners, stating, “We are proud at this Department of Justice to celebrate 250 years of our great country and our historic work to make America safe again at President Trump’s direction.”
The banners aren’t subtle. One on the Northeast corner reads “US Department of Justice Robert F. Kennedy Building” above Trump’s portrait, with the seal and slogan below. Another graces the Northwest corner, watching over the city like a sentinel against the chaos unleashed by years of open borders and defund-the-police nonsense.
Of course, the left is already melting down. Former DOJ veteran Stacey Young, who founded some anti-Trump group called Justice Connection, whined that “Hanging that banner should put to rest any doubt that Donald Trump has hijacked the independence of the Justice Department.”
Young further complained that “He — not the American people — is the only client DOJ’s current leadership serves.”
This is, of course, the same crowd that cheered when the DOJ was weaponized against Trump himself during the sham investigations into classified documents and election challenges – cases that crumbled the moment he reclaimed the White House.
