A radical Democratic-socialist has stooped to a new low by comparing Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents to 1960s segregationists, proving once again that the left has absolutely no shame when it comes to attacking law enforcement and defending illegal immigration.
Analilia Mejia, who recently won the New Jersey Democratic primary for the vacant House seat left by the state's new governor, made the disgusting comparison while railing against President Trump's successful mass deportation efforts. This woman actually had the audacity to invoke the Birmingham Children's Crusade while attacking the brave men and women who risk their lives daily to protect American communities from criminal illegal aliens.
This is exactly the kind of radical, America-hating rhetoric that got Trump re-elected in the first place. While ICE agents are working around the clock to remove dangerous criminals, gang members, and those who have violated our immigration laws, this socialist extremist wants to paint them as villains.
What's truly outrageous is that Mejia thinks this kind of radical positioning will help her win a House seat. But here's the reality: New Jersey voters are watching their communities transformed by illegal immigration, their tax dollars stretched thin supporting people who shouldn't be here in the first place, and their children's schools overcrowded.
This isn't just an isolated incident – it's part of the Democrats' ongoing war against anyone who dares to enforce immigration law. They called Border Patrol agents "whipping" migrants (debunked). They called ICE facilities "concentration camps" (disgusting). Now they're comparing immigration enforcement to segregation.
Patriots across America need to ask themselves: Is this really the kind of person New Jersey wants representing them in Congress? Someone who attacks federal law enforcement while defending people who broke our laws to get here? The choice couldn't be clearer.
