June 30, 2026 QUEENS, New York - On Tuesday morning a public school janitor reporting a foul odor dispatched a pest control worker to further investigate the pungent smell, leading to the grisly discovery of adult male remains just days after classes end for summer break.
The human remains were found by a exterminator who opened the ash dump just before 9:00 a.m., this is where he located a shoe, and then found a foot in the chimney at P.S./I.S. 113 Anthony J. Pranzo on 87th Street near 78th Avenue in Glendale, Queens.
