The teachers unions finally said what we've known all along – and Rep. Byron Donalds made them pay for it.
In a stunning moment of honesty that should terrify every parent in America, activist Xander Moricz stood at a Florida Teachers Union press conference and declared that student protests against ICE arerequired. Not encouraged. Not suggested.Required.
That's right, folks. The same people entrusted with educating your children have openly admitted they're using classrooms as radical leftist recruitment centers to mobilize kids against federal law enforcement.
Rep. Byron Donalds did what few elected officials have the courage to do anymore – he went on national television, pulled out the United States Constitution, and systematically dismantled the teachers union argument until they had absolutely nothing left.
His case was surgical. The enumerated powers grant the federal government full authority over immigration and naturalization, including enforcement and deportation. This isn't debatable. It's constitutional law. ICE agents aren't some rogue militia – they're federal law enforcement officers doing the job American citizens elected President Trump to accomplish.
"The classroom is for education. Period," Donalds stated plainly. "That is what is required."
The results of this union-orchestrated chaos have been nothing short of catastrophic:
Children in classrooms performing "slam poetry" filled with obscenities directed at federal law enforcement. Students in Asheville, North Carolina bolting across a four-lane highway. A Nebraska man beaten bloody when high school students – released for an anti-ICE walkout – threw objects at cars and assaulted himwhile a teacher watched.
At Palm Beach Lakes High School, a student was struck by a car on North Military Trail during a walkout. Other students have physically fought police officers, catching felony charges because their teachers told them ICE agents "aren't real law enforcement."
Let that sink in. Teachers are literally putting children in physical danger and setting them up for criminal records – all for political theater against President Trump's immigration policies.
