Public fascination with Pedro Pascal's private life has reached new heights after the actor was photographed spending time in Manhattan with Argentine creative director Rafael Olarra. The 50-year-old star, known for keeping his personal life firmly out of the spotlight, was seen walking arm in arm with Olarra over the weekend, prompting intense online speculation about the nature of their relationship.
Photos published by entertainment outlets showed the pair enjoying a relaxed afternoon in New York City. They were also reportedly spotted attending a screening ofWuthering Heightsstarring Margot Robbie, before later signing autographs for fans and entering a restaurant on the Lower East Side. While the images quickly circulated across social media, neither Pascal nor Olarra has publicly commented on the rumours. Importantly, there has been no confirmation of a romantic relationship.
According toTMZ, Pascal and Olarra appeared at ease as they walked through Manhattan together. At times, they were seen linking arms, a detail that drew particular attention online. The pair were later photographed at a cinema and were also seen interacting with fans in the evening.
The public sightings alone were enough to ignite renewed curiosity about Pascal's sexuality. The actor has never publicly defined his orientation, and has consistently maintained privacy regarding his dating life.
The speculation appears to be driven largely by fan interest rather than any official statement or confirmed development.
Since the photos emerged, many online users have sought to identify Olarra. Some outlets initially confused him with a former Chilean footballer of the same name. However, Pascal's companion is a 42-year-old Argentine creative director with a background in film and design.
Olarra studied at the Universidad del Cine in Buenos Aires and has worked as art director for the Faena Hotel group since 2015. The luxury hospitality brand operates properties in Miami, Buenos Aires, New York and Tulum.
Based in Miami, Olarra has played a significant role in developing the Faena District in Miami Beach, a six-block neighbourhood that includes hotels, residences, restaurants, nightlife venues and the Faena Forum arts centre. His responsibilities reportedly include overseeing visual design, art installations and branding initiatives.
He has also collaborated with high-profile celebrities, including Cher, during events hosted by Faena.
