Luke Daley’s home in Tucson, Arizona, has drawn fresh attention after ‘No Trespassing’ signs were placed outside the property days after a SWAT raid linked to theNancy Guthriekidnapping investigation. Videos circulating online show warning boards positioned along the pathway leading to the residence. The development comes amid heightened public scrutiny and widespread speculation on social media.

Daley was briefly detained last week when law enforcement executed search warrants at the property. Authorities confirmed that warrants were also served on a vehicle associated with him. However, he was not arrested in connection with the Nancy Guthrie case.

In a statement to local outlet 12 News, Daley’s attorney Chris Scileppi said his client and his mother were detained while officers carried out the searches. “Neither Mr. Daley nor his mother were arrested in connection to this case or any other,” Scileppi said. He added that Daley “has no link whatsoever to Nancy Guthrie and has no information related to her kidnapping.”

The attorney further stated that Daley and his mother, like the wider Tucson community, are hopeful that Guthrie will return home safely. Online interest in the house intensified after an independent investigative reporter shared footage noting that outdoor lights were on and ‘No Trespassing’ signs had been installed. The video also referenced that the house was raided in connection with the Nancy Guthrie update.

Public records indicate that Luke Daley, 37, has a prior criminal history. He previously served 18 months in prison between 2019 and 2020 after convictions including solicitation of drugs, criminal damage and fleeing law enforcement. Reports also state he was later arrested on drug-related charges and placed on probation.

Authorities have emphasised that Daley has not been named as a suspect in the case. Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos has publicly cleared Guthrie’s family members from suspicion. Law enforcement agencies have not announced any arrests in connection with the disappearance.

The FBI is reportedly coordinating with Mexican authorities as part of the ongoing investigation. Officials are exploring multiple avenues, including the possibility that the 84-year-old may have been taken across the border. No suspects have been formally identified at this stage.

The placement of ‘No Trespassing’ signs at Luke Daley’s Arizona residence appears to reflect efforts to deter onlookers amid intense online speculation. As theNancy Guthrieupdate continues to unfold, investigators maintain that the search remains active. Authorities have urged the public to avoid spreading unverified claims while the probe proceeds.
