President Donald Trump fired off another Truth Social post Friday night that cut straight to the heart of election integrity: if you want to vote in American elections, prove you're an American citizen. It's not complicated, folks.

Trump's message was crystal clear - elections should be decided by eligible American citizens, period. And guess what? The vast majority of Americans agree with him, despite what the mainstream media wants you to believe.

According to Pew Research Center, a whopping 83% of Americans support requiring all voters to show identification before casting their ballots. That's not just Republicans - that's an overwhelming bipartisan consensus that transcends party lines.

So why do Democrats keep fighting tooth and nail against something as basic as proving you are who you say you are?

The President is absolutely right. We require ID to buy alcohol, board a plane, open a bank account, or rent a car. But somehow, Democrats think asking for the same basic verification to choose our nation's leaders is "voter suppression."

This isn't about making it harder for legitimate voters to participate - it's about ensuring only those with the constitutional right to vote are actually voting. Every illegal vote cancels out the vote of a law-abiding American citizen.

Trump's second-term agenda includes comprehensive election integrity reforms, and voter ID requirements are just the beginning. With Republican control of government, patriots finally have a real shot at securing our elections once and for all.

The question isn't whether we should require proof of citizenship to vote - 83% of Americans have already answered that. The real question is: why do Democrats keep fighting against what virtually every American wants?

Because they know exactly what the rest of us know: secure elections mean conservative victories.
