A court in Bihar on Saturday granted interim relief to educator Khan Sir while hearing his anticipatory bail plea. The court upheld its earlier order directing police not to take any coercive action against him. The court also instructed the police to refrain from taking harsh steps against Khan Sir until the next hearing in the case. The anticipatory bail plea will now be taken up again at a later date.

The controversy surfaced on June 2 when tensions escalated between two prominent coaching institutes in Patna. Members associated with Gyan Bindu Coaching and Khan Global Studies began trading allegations against each other.

During the dispute, Khan Sir claimed that his coaching institute had been attacked and that a firing incident had taken place. Both sides subsequently levelled serious accusations.

Following the incident, Gyan Bindu Coaching director Roshan Anand and his brother Prince Yadav also came under scrutiny. A case was registered based on a complaint filed by Kanhaiya Singh, an employee associated with Khan Global Studies. After an investigation, police arrested Roshan Anand and sent him to jail. However, he was granted bail by a court after spending 12 days in custody. After his release, Roshan Anand made serious allegations against Khan Sir.
