Alia Bhatt loves to hit the gym for a fit and healthy body, and she likes to share it with all her fans. The 32-year-old actor believes in following a power-packed fitness routine, which ranges from strength training, bodyweight training, cardio, and even yoga. It's simple, straightforward, but effective. Recently, she teamed up with her friend and celebrity hair artist Amit Thakur, sharing a workout vlog that gave a glimpse into their intense exercise routine.

Alia, along with Amit and her trainer Karan Sawhney, began with a full-body, strength and conditioning circuit, which was followed by a ‘fun’ outdoor routine. Throughout the entire clip, Alia, apart from working out on her muscles, also gave her fans a glimpse of her quirky and fun side as she made her friends laugh in between exercises.
The trio, along with others, did 15 reps of clap push-ups, pull-ups, and a few other strength-training exercises. As for their outdoor session, they did leg raises, a variation of plank to mountain climbers, Russian twists, single-arm dumbbell swings, Nordic curls, and leg raises.
In the end, to cool down after a high-intensity workout, the group practiced meditation and deep-breathing exercises as well.
